Nipigon River Adventures is located 60 miles east of Thunder Bay with its international airport, 5km off of the Trans Canada highway, on the doorstep of Red Rock, overlooking Lake Superior.

We are located in the middle of the Lake Superior National Marine Conservation Area. The Lake Superior National Marine Conservation Area is the largest freshwater protected area in the world spanning over 10,000 square kilometres in size. It is home to over 50 shipwrecks, 70 species of fish and countless islands and bays. National Marine Conservation Areas are managed by Parks Canada and they are part of a nation-wide family of protected areas.
